- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cauliflower florets with egg until evenly coated.
- In another bowl, combine cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the cheese mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Lightly spray the florets with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the florets lightly with oil before air frying.
- Customize the seasoning by adding chili flakes or herbs.
