Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 tbsp sugar. Press into muffin tin cups.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour filling over crusts.
- Air fry at 300°F for 12-15 minutes until set.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use silicone muffin cups for easy removal.
- Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for smoother mixing.
- Top with fresh berries or whipped cream if desired.
