- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Press graham cracker crumbs into a small greased pan or ramekin.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother texture.
- Check doneness with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
