A simple and quick cherry cobbler made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the cherry pie filling into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the cherry filling.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh cherries if preferred.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
