Description

Crispy crab cakes made easily in your air fryer with minimal oil.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Form into 6 equal patties.
  3. Place in air fryer basket.
  4. Cook at 375°F for 8 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook 5 more minutes.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Use fresh crab for best results.
  • Chill mixture 30 minutes for easier shaping.
