Description
Crispy crab cakes made easily in your air fryer with minimal oil.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form into 6 equal patties.
- Place in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F for 8 minutes.
- Flip and cook 5 more minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Use fresh crab for best results.
- Chill mixture 30 minutes for easier shaping.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer.
