- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, mustard powder, cornstarch, and white pepper.
- Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then stir well.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes until smooth and melted.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for best melting.
- If the fondue thickens too much, stir in a little more cream.
