Description

A quick and easy lasagna made in the air fryer with layers of pasta, cheese, and meat sauce.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then mix in marinara sauce.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer 3 lasagna noodles in the air fryer basket.
  5. Spread half the cheese mixture, then half the meat sauce.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with noodles.
  7. Cover with foil and air fry for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and air fry for 5 more minutes.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
