A quick and easy lasagna made in the air fryer with layers of pasta, cheese, and meat sauce.

- 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then mix in marinara sauce.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles in the air fryer basket.
- Spread half the cheese mixture, then half the meat sauce.
- Repeat layers, ending with noodles.
- Cover with foil and air fry for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and air fry for 5 more minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Let lasagna sit before slicing to prevent falling apart.
