Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, maple syrup, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in your air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
