- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 sheet puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, melted butter, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Spread the almond mixture over the puff pastry.
- Arrange pear slices on top.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use firm pears for better texture.
- Check tart halfway to prevent over-browning.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
