Description
Delicious pecan pie bars made easily in your air fryer with a buttery crust and gooey pecan topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix flour and granulated sugar in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles crumbs.
- Press into a lined air fryer basket.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes.
- Mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, egg, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour over crust and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check if the center is set.
- Let bars cool completely before slicing.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
