Ingredients

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage and cheese onto each triangle.
- Roll up each crescent from the wide end.
- Place on baking sheet and brush with beaten egg if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight.
