- 1 sheet nori (seaweed), thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
- Toss cucumber slices with the vinegar mixture and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add avocado, imitation crab, and sesame seeds. Gently mix.
- Garnish with nori strips before serving.
