- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries and pat dry.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add cranberries to the syrup and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Drain cranberries and roll in extra sugar.
- Let dry on a wire rack for 1 hour.
