Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheet and brush with melted butter.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over buttered pastry.
  4. Roll pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Place pieces on baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
  6. While baking, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla to make glaze.
  7. Drizzle glaze over warm cinnamon roll croissant bites before serving.
