- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Pour in heavy cream, add salt, pepper, and basil. Stir well.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Cook for 2-3 more minutes, then serve hot.
Notes
- Use any pasta type you prefer.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
