Ingredients

- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp coffee powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix chia seeds, almond milk, coffee powder, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook for 8 minutes.
- Remove and let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use any plant-based milk as a substitute.
- For a thicker consistency, refrigerate for 30 minutes after cooking.
