Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and water.
  4. Dip each ravioli in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
