Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Use kitchen shears to cut through the top shell of each lobster tail.
- Gently pull the meat upward, keeping it attached at the base.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
