- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk and stir until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto parchment paper.
- Place in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each biscuit.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overmix the dough.
- For fluffier biscuits, handle the dough as little as possible.
