- 1 1/2 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Crush the freeze-dried strawberries into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with puffed rice cereal.
- Warm almond butter and honey in a saucepan until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and salt, then pour over the strawberry mixture.
- Press firmly into the baking dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and serve.
