- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Place frozen cookie dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
