Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Place sprouts in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway, until crispy.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes before serving.
