Instructions
- Grate potatoes and onion, then squeeze out excess moisture.
- Mix grated potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon potato mixture into the skillet, flattening into pancakes.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
