A quick and easy gluten-free cookie dough recipe made in the air fryer. Perfect for a sweet treat without the gluten.
Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1–2 tbsp milk (if needed)
Instructions
- Mix flour, butter, sugars, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Add milk if dough is too dry.
- Scoop dough into small balls.
- Place in air fryer at 350°F for 6-8 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use dairy-free butter for a vegan option.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
