Description
A light and fluffy gluten-free mousse made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp gelatin (optional for stability)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then whip until stiff peaks form.
- If using gelatin, dissolve it in warm water and fold into the whipped cream.
- Transfer the mixture into small ramekins.
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 300°F for 5 minutes.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Ensure all utensils are clean and dry for best whipping results.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream.
