Description

A light and fluffy gluten-free mousse made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp gelatin (optional for stability)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. If using gelatin, dissolve it in warm water and fold into the whipped cream.
  4. Transfer the mixture into small ramekins.
  5. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 300°F for 5 minutes.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
