Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 7-inch pie pan.
  4. Bake crust in the air fryer for 5 minutes, then remove.
  5. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  6. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
  7. Pour filling into the pre-baked crust.
  8. Bake in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool before serving.
