A delicious gluten-free pumpkin pie made in the air fryer for a quick and easy dessert.

- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a greased 7-inch pie pan.
- Bake crust in the air fryer for 5 minutes, then remove.
- In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
- Pour filling into the pre-baked crust.
- Bake in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a gluten-free graham cracker brand to keep it gluten-free.
- Check pie at 25 minutes to avoid overcooking.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
