Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter (cold)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
- Add milk and vanilla extract, stirring until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and layer with strawberries and whipped cream.
