A quick and easy gluten-free strudel made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup butter, chilled
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup apples, diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix gluten-free flour and butter until crumbly.
- Add cold water and knead into a dough.
- Roll dough into a rectangle.
- Spread apples, sugar, and cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll tightly and seal edges.
- Place in the air fryer at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use chilled butter for best results.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Check doneness at 12 minutes.
