Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry all greens and herbs.
- Chop the avocado and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
- Blend basil, parsley, dill, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil into a smooth dressing.
- Toss the mixed greens, avocado, and cucumber in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- Store leftover dressing in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Add grilled chicken or tofu for extra protein.
