A refreshing summer salad combining sweet grilled peaches with creamy burrata, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 ball (8 oz) burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush peach halves with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Grill peaches cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until char marks appear.
- Transfer peaches to a plate and let cool slightly.
- Tear burrata into pieces and arrange on a serving plate.
- Add grilled peaches and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with remaining olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm peaches for best results.
- Burrata can be substituted with fresh mozzarella.
- Add a handful of arugula for extra freshness.
