Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 8 oz noodles
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces.
- Stir in soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

- Adjust sweet chili sauce to taste.
- Use any noodles you prefer.
