Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

- Pour batter into muffin cups, filling each halfway.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and firm.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
