Instructions
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, black pepper, and salt.
- Add steak bites to the marinade and coat evenly. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak bites for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Serve immediately.
