Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine grated apples, honey, applesauce, coconut oil, vanilla, and eggs.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
