A hearty and flavorful beef stew made in the air fryer for a quicker cooking time without sacrificing taste.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the beef cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the beef in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add onions, carrots, potatoes, and garlic to the basket. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary.
- Pour the mixture over the beef and vegetables in the air fryer.
- Cook for 25 minutes, stirring halfway, until the beef is tender and the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Cut the beef and vegetables into even pieces for uniform cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For a thicker stew, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir into the stew before the final cooking.
