Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl.
- Add eggs, oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Spoon batter into small circles on parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve warm.
