- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add almond butter, maple syrup, and egg. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
