Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and egg. Stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
