Delicious high-protein brownie bites made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add maple syrup, almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Scoop batter into silicone molds or small greased ramekins.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from molds.
Notes
- Use a chocolate-flavored protein powder for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
