Description

Delicious high-protein brownie bites made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add maple syrup, almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Scoop batter into silicone molds or small greased ramekins.
  5. Place in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let cool before removing from molds.

Notes

  • Use a chocolate-flavored protein powder for best results.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
