Quick and easy high-protein pancake bites made in the air fryer. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add egg, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop batter by tablespoons into the basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for even cooking if available.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
