Description

Quick and easy high-protein pancake bites made in the air fryer. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add egg, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Drop batter by tablespoons into the basket, leaving space between each.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for even cooking if available.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
