Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix protein powder, cocoa powder, almond butter, oats, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup and coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  4. Press the mixture into a small air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 5-7 minutes, until marshmallows are golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
