A quick and easy high-protein dessert made in the air fryer. This rocky road is packed with protein and flavor, perfect for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients

- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix protein powder, cocoa powder, almond butter, oats, and salt in a bowl.
- Add honey or maple syrup and coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Press the mixture into a small air fryer-safe dish.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 5-7 minutes, until marshmallows are golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a protein powder you like for best taste.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
