Description
Crispy homemade chicken nuggets made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Arrange nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- No air fryer? Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.
- For gluten-free, substitute with almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs.
