Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, butter, garlic, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
- Place bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
