Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, butter, garlic, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center.
  5. Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
  6. Place bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
