- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add honey and stir until combined.
- Add corn kernels and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add cream cheese and sour cream, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish if needed.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh corn for best flavor, but frozen or canned works too.
- Adjust honey to taste for preferred sweetness.
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños.
