- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Mix honey, lemon juice, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle remaining marinade over chicken in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
