A delicious and healthy honey mustard glazed chicken served with roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless chicken
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, zucchini)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken with half the mixture.
- Toss vegetables with the remaining mixture.
- Place chicken and vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
