- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 cups french fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Bake chicken in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Cook french fries according to package instructions.
- Toss salad greens with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle hot honey over the cooked chicken.
- Serve chicken, salad, and fries together.

- Adjust hot honey amount to your spice preference.
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
- For extra crispiness, air-fry the chicken.
