Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 4-5 per skewer.
  3. Brush the shrimp skewers generously with the hot honey garlic sauce.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and slightly charred.
  6. Brush with extra sauce while cooking.
  7. Serve immediately.
