Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup beer (lager or ale)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Reduce heat to low. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  3. Pour in beer gradually while stirring continuously.
  4. Add cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses one handful at a time, stirring until fully melted.
  5. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve warm with bread, ers, or vegetables.
