- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in mushrooms and garlic, cooking until mushrooms release their liquid, about 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Gradually pour in vegetable broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, paprika, and dill.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
